Any personal information that you provide to Financial Advice Hawke’s Bay Limited (FAHB) is stored securely and is used to ensure a quality service from FAHB, and to enable FAHB and its advisers to offer you further services. At no time will your personal information be disclosed outside of FAHB without your prior approval. Under the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment Act 2025) you can access any personal information held by FAHB about you, and correct any information that may be incorrect. Where we collect information about you from someone other than you, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, in line with the Act’s Information Privacy Principle 3A.
