At no time will your personal information be disclosed outside of FAHB without your prior approval. Under the Privacy Act 2020 (as amended by the Privacy Amendment Act 2025) you can access any personal information held by FAHB about you, and correct any information that may be incorrect. Where we collect information about you from someone other than you, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, in line with the Act’s Information Privacy Principle 3A.
We aim to behave in a way that does not cause complaints. However, we have a complaints policy and internal complaints process to ensure the efficient and effective handling of client complaints. We want to demonstrate our commitment to providing and improving a high quality service to our clients. We see complaints as an important part of our client feedback and business improvement process.
